微波联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈炎患者人乳头状瘤病毒感染的研究

Study on microwave combined with compound shajiziyou suppository in treatment for HPV infection in patients with chronic cervicitis

目的探讨微波联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗慢性宫颈炎患者人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染临床效果,以期提高临床治疗水平。方法随机选取2010年1月-2013年1月90例慢性宫颈炎HPV感染患者为研究对象,分成对照组和观察组,每组45例;对照组予以微波治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方沙棘籽油栓治疗,观察两组治疗后的临床效果情况,数据采用SPSS13.0软件进行分析。结果对照组慢性宫颈炎轻、中、重度的总有效率为76.19%、77.78%、66.67%;观察组慢性宫颈炎轻、中、重度的总有效率为95.65%、88.23%、100.00%;对照组中低危转阴率为80.64%,高危转阴率为64.29%;观察组中低危转阴率为90.91%,高危转阴率为83.33%;另外两组在引流排液量、流血时间和创面愈合时间上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染临床效果满意。

OBJECTIVE To investigate clinical effects of microwave combined with compound shajiziyou suppository on HPV infection in patients with chronic cervicitis in order to improve the level of clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 90 patients of HPV infection with chronic cervicitis in Jan.2010-Jan.2013 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group received microwave treatment,the observation group received compound shajiziyou suppository in addition to microwave treatment.Clinical effects after treatment were observed in the two groups.Data were analyzed by SPSS13.0.RESULTS The total effective rate was 76.19%,77.78%,66.67% and 95.65%,88.23% and 100% for mild,moderate and severe chronic cervicitis in the control and the observation group.The negative conversion ratio of moderate and mild,high-risk chronic cervicitis was 80.64% and 64.29%,90.91% and 83.33% in the control and the observation groups.Difference between two groups in the amount of drainage discharge,bleeding time,and wound healing time was significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Microwave combined with compound shajiziyou suppository in treatment of chronic cervicitis has satisfactory clinical effects.
