脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果的监测 被引量:10

摘要 目的高压蒸汽灭菌是医院医疗器械和物品的主要灭菌方式,探讨使用脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌效果,为消毒灭菌提供参考依据。方法回顾性调查2006-2009年共监测用脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌的医疗器械及物品共18 978份,依据原卫生部《清洗消毒及灭菌技术操作规范》对灭菌物品进行正确包装、装载及卸载,同时加强灭菌设备的管理,注重灭菌员的专业知识技能培训;对所有灭菌物品分别进行生物监测、B-D测试及化学监测,找出影响灭菌效果的相关因素。结果 18 978份灭菌医疗器械及物品进行生物监测201次,合格率为88.56%;B-D测试3 250次,合格率为89.78%;化学监测共进行15 527次,平均合格率为91.50%,经干预后合格率达99.27%。结论脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器具有灭菌时间短、灭菌彻底的优点,有效降低医院感染的发生,保障了灭菌物品的质量安全。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of sterilization of the pulsing vacuum pressure steam sterilizer so as to provide guidance for disinfection and sterilization,and the high-pressure steam sterilization is the main approach for the sterilization of medical instruments.METHODS Totally 18978 medical equipments and items that were sterilized with the pulsing vacuum pressure steam sterilizer from 2006 to 2009were retrospectively investigated,the loading and unloading of the sterilized packages were carried out according to the requirements of guidelines for practice of cleaning,disinfection,and sterilization;the management of the sterilization facilities was strengthened,high attention was paid to the professional knowledge training of the sterilization staff,the biological monitoring,E-D test,and chemical test were performed for all the sterile items,and the influencing factors for the sterilization effect were found out.RESULTS A total of 201 times of biological monitoring were performed for the 18978 medical equipments and items,with the qualified rate of 88.56%;3250times of B-D test were carried out,with the qualified rate of 89.78%;15 527 times of chemical monitoring were performed,with the average qualified rate of 91.50%,and the qualified rate reached 99.27% after the intervention.CONCLUSION The pulsing vacuum pressure steam sterilizer has the advantages such as short time of sterilization and thorough sterilization;it can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and ensure the safety of the sterilized items.
