除锈快干亮滑剂在手术器械保养中的探讨

Application of ARID rinse aid in maintenance of surgical instruments

目的探讨使用除锈快干亮滑剂在手术器械保养中使用可能性,对比目前润滑剂是否能够提高手术器械使用寿命和保养效果。方法将800件清洗消毒的手术器械随机分为两组,润滑剂组400件仍然采用常规润滑剂保养程序,除锈快干亮化剂组400件采用除锈快干亮滑剂去对手术器械进行保养;对各组器械的锈蚀情况、锈蚀率以及耗损情况进行比较。结果通过5个月的器械使用统计结果,润滑剂组400件器械中轻度锈蚀器械34件、中度12件、重度1件,锈蚀率为11.8%,耗损手术器械13件,耗损率3.3%;除锈快干亮滑剂组400件器械中轻度锈蚀器械25件、中度4件,无重度锈蚀器械,锈蚀率为7.3%,损耗手术器械4件,耗损率1.0%,两组锈蚀率和损耗率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用除锈快干亮滑剂能够有效延长手术器械使用寿命,减少润滑剂使用量,降低手术器械保养成本。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the feasibility of application of ARID rinse aid in maintenance of surgical instruments and to evaluate its effect on increasing service life of surgical instruments and maintenance effect by comparison with the routine lubricant.METHODS A total 800 cleaned and disinfected surgical instruments were randomly divided into two groups.The routine lubricant group（n=400）received the routine maintenance procedure,and the ARID rinse aid group（n=400）used ARID rinse aid for maintenance.The data of rusting situation and rusting rates and loss rates were compared.RESULTS According to the statistical data during 5-month use,there were 34,12,and 1 instrument that were mildly,moderately and severely rusted in the routine lubricant group,with the rusting rate of 11.9%.There were 25 and 4 instruments that were mildly and moderately rusted in the ARID rinse aid group,no severely rusted instruments,with the rusting rate of 7.3%.Four instruments were worn down,with the loss rate of 1.0%.There was a significant difference in comparison of the rusting rate and the loss rate between the two groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The application of ARID rinse aid is effective in increasing service life of surgical instruments,reducing use of lubricant and reducing maintenance cost.
