丹参注射液联合银杏叶片治疗出血性玻璃体浑浊疗效观察

Effects of Danshen Injection Combined with Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets in Treating Hemorrhagic Vitreous Opacity

目的探讨丹参注射液联合银杏叶片治疗出血性玻璃体浑浊的临床疗效。方法选取眼科收治出血性玻璃体浑浊患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予西医常规药物治疗;观察组给予丹参注射液联合银杏叶片治疗。比较两组患者近期疗效,治疗前后血液流变学指标和视网膜中央动脉血流动力学指标水平变化情况。结果观察组患者近期疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标和视网膜中央动脉血流动力学指标水平无明显差异;观察组患者治疗后各项指标水平显著优于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合银杏叶片治疗出血性玻璃体浑浊可有效提高视力,促进混浊吸收,降低血液黏稠度,并改善视网膜微循环。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danshen Injection combined with Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets in treating hemorrhagic vitreous opacity. Methods 84 patients with hemorrhagic vitreous opacity treated in the ophthalmology department were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional medication of western medicine and the observation group was given Danshen Injection combined with Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets. The short term curative effect, hemorheology indexes and hemodynamic indexes of central retinal artery before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The short term curative effect of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the hemorheology indexes and hemodynamic indexes of central retinal artery of control group bad no statistical differences between before and after treatment; but which of the observation group after treatment were significantly better than before treatment and the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional medication treatment of western medicine, Danshen Injection combined with Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets in treating hemorrhagic vitreous opacity can effectively enhance the visual acuity, promote the opacity absorption, reduce the blood viscosity and improve the retinal mierocirculation.
