盐酸多奈哌齐联合银杏叶胶囊治疗血管性痴呆20例被引量：9

摘要目的观察盐酸多奈哌齐联合银杏叶胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将40例血管性痴呆患者分为治疗组和对照组,各20例。治疗组给予银杏叶胶囊0.5 g/d,同时前4周给予盐酸多奈哌齐5 mg/d,4周后加至10 mg/d;对照组给予银杏叶胶囊0.5 g/d,两组疗程均为8周。在治疗前及治疗8周后分别测定简易精神状态量表(MMSE)及日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)。结果两组治疗前后MMSE评分差异明显(P<0.05),治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐联合银杏叶胶囊用于治疗血管性痴呆,能改善血管性痴呆患者认知功能,值得临床推广。
