摘要
地下车库工程中各专业设备管线系统繁多、布局复杂。基于Revit MEP软件,运用建筑信息模型技术进行地下车库管线综合的设计校核、碰撞检查、工程量统计等。在图审阶段避免了二维图纸中的常见错误,实现了图纸的深度优化,使设计、施工、监理、评价、审核、验收等过程更易于沟通及操作,可为相关工程应用提供参考。
For numerous systems and complex layouts of various professional equipment pipeline in the underground garage project, based on Revit MEP software platform, the building information modeling (BIM) technology was used in integrated pipelines design on underground garage, which design verification, collision check and engineering statistics were completed. Common errors in two-dimensional drawings were avoided in drawing review stage and the depth optimization of drawings was achieved. Moreover the design, construction, supervision, evaluation, audit, inspection and other processes can be made more easier to communicate and operate. Therefore, it can provide a reference for relevant engineering applications.
