摘要
提出一种家用和类似用途插座的耐久性测试系统。系统采用步进电机执行器取代气动杆执行器,三维装夹数控定位替代二维装夹人工定位,实施改进"电梯速度"曲线的模拟量控制测试行程速度策略。试验证明,系统具有运维成本低、测试精度高、一致性好、操作简便、运行可靠等优点。
This paper introduced a new durability testing system for socket-outlets used in household and similar purposes. The system used the stepper motor to replace the pneumatic rod actuator, and adopted three-dimensional fixtures instead of the two-dimensional clamps. It also uses the elevator speed curve as the speed control method. The experimental results show the system has the advantages of low operational cost, high testing precision, good consistency, easy operation and reliable operation.
