摘要
目的:评价川续断皂苷Ⅶ对肝细胞脂肪堆积的干预效果。方法:采用1 mmol·L^(-1)油酸作用HepG2细胞24 h建立脂肪堆积模型,以甘油三酯(TG)的含量变化为指标,评价川续断皂苷Ⅶ对油酸诱导HepG2细胞脂肪堆积的干预作用。结果与结论:川续断皂苷Ⅶ具有一定的体外降脂活性,其中100μmol·L^(-1)川续断皂苷Ⅶ对TG的清除率达22.6%。
To evaluate the effect of akebia saponin Ⅶ on the model of hepatic fat accumu-lation in vitro. Methods: The hepatic fat accumulation model of HepG2 cells was induced by oleic acid (1 mmol·L-1) for 24 hours. The indicator of total triglyceride was used to evaluate the effect of akebia saponinⅦ on the steatosis of HepG2. Results and Conclusion: Akebia saponin Ⅶ showed certain inhibitory ef-fect against TG accumulation in HepG2 cells induced by 1 mmol·L-1 oleic acid, and the clearance rate of TG reached 22.6% with the concentration of akebia saponin Ⅶ at 100μmol·L-1.
