摘要
目的探讨高校研究生心理健康状况及其与应对方式的关系。方法采用大学生心理健康量表和简易应对方式问卷对156名高校研究生进行调查。结果高校研究生心理健康总分的均值略大于3分;积极应对得分高于消极应对得分(P<0.01)。积极应对与幸福体验、人际和谐、积极乐学、勇于挑战4个心理健康维度及心理健康总分呈正相关(P<0.01);消极应对与心理健康各个维度及心理健康总分呈负相关(P<0.01)。积极应对、消极应对对心理健康的预测分别为0.326和-0.451(P<0.05)。结论研究生心理健康总体状况处于中等水平,研究生采取积极应对方式的频率高于消极应对方式。积极应对和消极应对都与心理健康存在密切的联系,并对心理健康有一定的预测作用。
Objective To discuss the relationship between the state of mental health of college graduate students and its responses. Method To adopt the college students mental health evaluation scale and simplified response questionnaire for an investigation of 156 college graduate students. Results The total scores of college graduate student mental health evaluation were over 3 on average, and score for positive response was higher than that of negative responses (P〈0.01). There was a direct proportional relationship between positive responses and the other four mental health dimensions, namely happy experiences, interpersonal harmony, academic aspiration, and challenging spirit respectively, and with the total score of mental health (P 〈0.01), while an inverse proportional relationship existed between the negative responses and the same aforementioned factors (P〈0.01). The predictive index of positive responses and negative responses to mental health were 0.326 and -0.451 respectively (P〈0.05). Conclusion The general state of the mental health of college graduate students is on a medium level, and college graduate students take positive responses more frequently than negative responses. Both positive and negative responses are closely related to ones' mental health, and both have predictive effects on ones' mental health.
