优质护理服务在产妇和难治性产后大出血患者抢救过程中应用价值的探讨

Investigation on the Application Value of High-quality Care in Puerperae and Patients with Intractable Postpartum Hemorrhage Rescue Process

目的观察在产妇和难治性产后大出血患者中应用优质护理服务的效果,并对其应用价值进行探讨。方法选择120例产妇,其中8例产妇出现难治性产后大出血,所有产妇均给予优质护理服务,对应用效果进行分析。结果 8例难治性产后大出血患者有6例止血成功,成功率为75.0%。106例产妇对护理质量满意或比较满意,占88.3%。结论在妇产科难治性大出血患者中应用优质护理服务有利于成功止血,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality care on puerperae and patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage and discuss its application value. Method 120 cases of puerperae, 8 cases of patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage included, were given high-quality care to analyze the effect of its application. Results 6 cases of patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage achieved hemostasis and the success rate of hemostasis was 75.0%. 106 cases of puerperae were satisfied or quite satisfied with the quality of care, accounting for 88.3%. Conclusion In gynecology, high-quality care is beneficial for patients with in- tractable postpartum hemorrhage to stop bleeding, worthy of further clinical promotion.
