The present paper aims to analysis of the development of the non-public economic theory of the Communist Party of China, and discribes the development and innovation of the party＇s non-public economic theory, which plays a positive role in the different historical period of China＇s economic development. It helps us to further emancipate the mind, keep pace with the times, bold practice, and actively explore the feasibility suggestions and countermeasures to promote the development of non-public ownership economy for our country, make more contributions to deepening the reform.
