摘要
目的探讨三叶青提取物对体外培养的人宫颈癌Hela细胞诱导凋亡的作用。方法四氮噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测三叶青提取物对Hela细胞的抑制增殖作用及其时效、量效关系;倒置显微镜下观察细胞形态学变化。结果随着三叶青提取物浓度升高,作用时间的延长,其对Hela细胞的增殖抑制率逐渐增强,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),Hela细胞形态出现明显的凋亡特征性改变。结论三叶青提取物对人宫颈癌Hela细胞具有明显的体外细胞毒作用,其毒性作用与药物的浓度和作用时间呈明显正相关。
Objective To study the effect of extracts from tetrastigma hemsleyanum diels et gilg on the proliferation of human cervical cancer Hela cells. Methods MTF assay was used to determine the inhibitory rate of the extracts from tetrastigma hemsleyanum diels et gilg on the proliferation of HeLa cells. The morphology of cell apoptosis was observed by inverted microscope. Results The inhibition ratio of tumor cell was gradually increased with the longer extension time or the increase of dosages of the extracts from tetrastigma hemsleyanum diels et gilg the treatment groups was significant differentce (P〈0.05) compared with the control group. Under inverted microscope, the tumor cells showed a special phenomenon of cellular apoptosis. Conclusion The extracts of tetrastigma hemsleyanum diels et gilg has a significant toxicological effect on human cervical cancer Hela cells, which positively relates with its concentration and effect time.
