摘要 目的探究血尿酸、血脂水平与冠心病的相关性。方法将80例冠心病患者设为观察组,80例健康查体者设为对照组,对比分析两组间血尿酸水平及血脂水平。结果观察组的血尿酸水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在血脂方面,观察组在TC、TG、LDL、HDL方面均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论冠心病的发病与血尿酸水平及血脂水平密切相关,有利于冠心病的诊断。 Objective To explore the correlation between uric acid, serum lipid levels and coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease were set up as the observation group, and 80 cases of healthy people were set up as control group. The blood uric acid and lipid levels were compared between two groups. Results The Blood uric acid levels of observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant between the two group (P〈0.05). In the aspect of blood lipid, the TC, TG, LDL and HDL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and there was also difference between the two group. Conclusion Blood uric acid, lipid levels are closely related to the coronary heart disease, and it is helpful to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
