沧州市水资源“三条红线”管理初探

Discussion on three red lines of water resource management in Cangzhou City

水资源是支撑生态文明的重要因素之一。当前,河北省沧州市水资源面临的形势十分严峻,水资源短缺,水污染严重,水生态环境恶化等问题日益突出。针对沧州市水资源状况,结合水资源"三条红线"管理及当前沧州市贯彻落实"红线管理"制度的实践,提出加强水资源和水环境管理、支撑生态文明建设的措施建议。

Water resource is one of the key factors to support ecological civilization. At present, the situation of water resource in Cangzhou City of Hebei Province is extremely severe with the problems of water resources shortage, serious water pollution and aquatic ecological environment deterioration, etc. Combined with the water resource situation, three red lines management and the practice of implementation in Cangzhou, measures and suggestions for strengthening water resource and water environment management are proposed to support ecological civilization construction.
