Questions and suggestions in water resources argument of construction projects

建设项目水资源论证是水行政主管部门取水许可的重要组成部分和前置条件,是科学管理开发利用水资源的重要手段,为各级水行政主管部门审批取水许可提供技术支撑。结合河北省沧州市建设项目水资源论证实际工作,总结行业政策管理和论证技术水平方面存在的问题,并提出了合理化建议。

Water resources argumentation of construction projects is an important part and precondition of water drawing permit in department of water administration, and also is an important means for scientific management of water resource development and utilization, which provides technical support for water drawing permit examination. Combined with water resources argumentation works of construction projects in Cangzhou of Hebei Province, problems are summarized in industry policy management and argumentation technological level, and rationalization proposal is proposed.
