摘要
纳氏试剂比色法是最常用的测定饮用水、地表水和废水中氨氮的方法。温度是影响实验结果的重要因素之一,本文应用纳氏试剂比色法,通过在不同温度下对实验数据的分析,找到最适宜氨氮检测的温度条件,以提高纳氏试剂比色法检测准确度。
Nessler's reagent colorimetric method is commonly applied in testing ammonia and nitrogen ofdrinking water, surface water and waste water. Temperature is an important factor influencing experimental result. With the application of Nessler's reagent colorimetric method, this research analyzes experimental results indifferent temperatures and identifies the most optimum temperature for testing ammonia and nitrogen, which is in order to improve testing accuracy.
