沧州市南大港湿地水环境现状与保护对策

South Dagang Wetland in Cangzhou City: current situation and protection countermeasures

针对河北省沧州市南大港湿地面临的水量减少、面积缩小、水质恶化等诸多水环境问题,建议尽快制定湿地法,把湿地保护纳入法治轨道;增强全民湿地保护意识,树立新型湿地环保理念;坚持保护与利用兼顾、保护优先的原则;保护多样性特色,促进湿地综合利用;加大投资,保护水源;加强湿地科学研究,扩大国际合作。

Focusing on these water environmental problems existed in South Dagang Wetland, such as water reducing, area narrowing, water deterioration, recommendations are made. It includes： developing wetland law as soon as possible to promote wetland protection, improving human awareness of wetland protection, setting new wetland environmental protection concept, insisting the principle of balancing protection and utilization as well as protection first, protecting diversity feature which could promote wetland comprehensive utilization, increasing investment and water source protection, strengthening wetland scientific research and expanding international cooperation.
