摘要
受冷空气和副高外围暖湿气流共同影响,2012年7月21日夜间到22日清晨,河北省廊坊市中部及北部地区普降大暴雨到特大暴雨,全市平均降水量139.5mm,最大点雨量361.2mm。廊坊市北部青龙湾减河、北运河等河道发生了自1994年以来较大的洪水,给廊坊市及各区县造成了重大财产损失。本文根据水文气象资料,对本次暴雨洪水进行了分析并提出了相应的建议。
Influenced by cold air and subtropical high peripheral warm moist air flows, heavy rain occurred in the middle and northern part of Langfang City from night of July 21, 2012 to morning of 22. The average precipitation is 139.5 mm, the biggest point rainfall is 361.2 mm. Flood occurred in Qinglongwan River and North Canal River, which caused a great damage and property loss for Langfang City. According to hydrological and meteorological data, flood is analyzed and related suggestions are made.
