摘要
阐述了土壤墒情预报模型的建立、率定与应用研究情况,分析了土壤墒情预报模型在应用期取得的社会效益、经济效益和生态效益。认为土壤墒情预报可以有效地提高农业用水效率,为抗旱减灾提供科学依据,为农业增收提供保障,为节水和水资源保护提供支撑。
The establishment, calibration and application of the soil moisture forecast model are elaborated. And the social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit are analyzed in the period of application. It shows that soil moisture content prediction could effectively improve the efficiency of agricultural water, and provide a scientific basis for drought relief and agricultural income as well as water saving and protection of water resources.
