浅析水文事业单位财务管理存在的问题及对策

随着水文事业单位的改革和发展,财务管理工作也面临着新的变化,出现了一些新问题。结合河北省部分水文事业单位财务管理工作中存在的内部控制不健全、执行不力、资产管理效率低下等问题,探究了问题发生的原因,并提出了相应的解决对策。

With the reform and development of public institution, the work of financial management is facing new changes and problems. Combined with some problems in hydrology institution,such as the unsoundness in internal control of financial management, lacking of execution, tow efficiency in assets management, and so on, the reasons are discussed and the corresponding solution countermeasures are put forward.
