摘要
基础教育阶段的拔尖创新人才培养关系民族的前途命运,国内外研究者都特别关注其课程设置的基本情况,本文选取北京八中实验班作为研究案例,实证调查拔尖创新人才培养的课程设置,量化研究根据泰勒课程原理的六大基本方面展开,质性研究运用民族志课堂教学观察,结合师生和观察员的访谈,采用混合研究并行法进行数据收集和分析,研究结果对我国基础教育阶段拔尖创新人才培养机制提供理论和实践的启示。
Innovative talents training in basic education stage is related to the future and destiny of the nation. Researchers at home and abroad pay close attention to basic information of its curriculum design. Experimental classes of Beijing No.8 Middle School have been chosen as case study in this study, in order to do empirical investigation about the curriculum design of innovative talents training. In the paper, quantitative research commences on the basis of six main basic aspects of Tyler Curriculum Rationale, qualitative research utilizes ethnography of classroom instruction observation as well as interviews of teachers and students and observers. Then the paper makes data collection and analysis by means of mixed research parallel method. Research results can provide both theory and practical enlightenment to innovative talents mechanism in basic education stage for our country.
