摘要
中外合作办学在引进优质教育资源、培养优质人才的同时,也暴露出不少问题。如何有效规范中外合作办学,强化引领和示范作用,提升中外合作办学水平,本文从中外合作办学发展现状,提出了开展选优评估工作的设想,并结合中外合作办学的特性构建了中外合作办学选优评估指标体系。
Sino-foreign cooperative institutions/programs aim at introducing excellent educational resources and cultivating high quality personnel. But at the same time, there have appeared some issues or problems. How to standardize the Sino-foreign cooperative institutions/programs, how to reinforce the leading and modelling role of such cooperative institutions/programs, and how to improve the level of Sino-foreign cooperative institutions/programs are the topics discussed in this paper. This paper also describes the current status of Sino-foreign cooperative institutions/programs, puts forth the idea of implementation of evaluation for selection of excellent institutions/programs, and develops the evaluative indicators for selection of excellent Sino-foreign cooperative institutions/programs in accordance with the features of Sino-foreign cooperative institutions/programs.
