摘要
为较为准确、系统及客观地评价民航航线维修人员的安全保障能力,利用冰山模型、Reason模型和SHELL模型,确定民航航线维修人员能力素质以及影响能力发挥的因素的2大指标及相应的9个2级指标。采用结构方程模型(SEM)的方法建立民航航线维修人员安全保障能力模型,并收集200个有效样本数据进行模型检验。结果显示,所建立的民航航线维修人员安全保障能力模型与实际数据较为匹配。
For the sake of evaluting civil aviation line maintenance personnel~ safety assurance capablity accurately and objectively, line personnel~ personal ability and quality and factors that influence capability these two main aspects and corresponding 9 secondary indicators were identified by using Reason model and SHELL model. A civil aviation line maintenance personnel's safety assurance capability model was built through using SEM according to its basic theory and stages of modeling. Then 200 effective samples were collected for verifying the model. The results show that model can be matched with actual data and can be used as a reference for evaluating civil aviation line maintenance personnel's safety capability.
