社会责任视角下学校职业安全健康机制研究

Study on occupational safety and health mechanism for school from social responsibility point of view

为促进和维护从业者的职业安全健康,提高从业者的安全健康意识,在分析国内外职业安全健康机制现状的基础上,通过探讨责任关怀视角下学校职业安全健康的本质内涵与重要意义,分析职业安全健康与学校社会责任之间的内在联系,指出建立学校社会责任视角的职业安全健康机制是克服职业安全健康教育发展不对称,保障从业者提高职业安全健康意识的根本路径。通过分析健全学校社会责任的内容体系、完善职业安全健康评价机制、构建全员参与机制等内容得出:学校的可持续发展离不开履行其承担的社会责任;建立职业安全健康机制是学校实现多赢的重要举措。

This paper aims at promoting and maintaining practitioners＂ occupational safety and health, raising their awareness of it. On basis of analysis of occupational safety and health status of domestic and international mechanisms, by discussing the essential connotation and significance of school under the perspective of ＂ responsible care＂ , this paper analyses the intrinsic relationship between occupational safety and health and schools＂ social responsibility, and points that establishing an occupational safety and health mechanism through the responsibility view of school and society is basic path to overcoming a symmetry phenomenon occurring during occupational safety and health education development, at the same time, it will raise practitioners＂ awareness of occupational safety and health from roots. It was concluded that sus- tainable development for school can not be realized without bearing its social responsibilities, and that establishing the occupational safety and health mechanism will achieve a ＂win-win＂ situation.
