摘要 胜利油田海上中低渗油藏开采前期无注水能量补充,储层敏感性强,作业时油层保护难度大,为提高作业效果,延长油井稳产周期,研制了超深穿透负压射孔与防漏失一体化工艺技术。该技术通过井下防漏失阀随射孔枪一趟管柱下入及留井,具有大负压射孔、入井液零漏失、大幅节约施工周期及洗井药剂用量,以及射孔深度大,泄油面积大,增产增注效果显著的特点。在胜利油田海上东营组低渗透油藏的投产作业中进行了应用,实现了深穿透、负压射孔、防漏失一体化施工,具有良好的经济效益和推广应用价值。 The offshore mid- low permeability oil reservoirs in Shengli oilfield had no energy compensation from water injection at the early development stage. The reservoirs have strong sensitivity and it is difficult to protect the pay zones during operation. In order to enhance the operation result and extend the cycle of plateau production in producers,a technology combining ultra penetration under- balanced perforation with anti- circulation lost has been developed. With borehole anti- circulation lost valve run in along with the perforation gun in one trip and left downhole,the technique features highly under- balanced perforation,zero circulation lost of borehole liquid,significant saving of operational cycle and well washing chemicals besides deep perforation,large oil drainage area and remarkable production /injection increase. In the application during production start- up of the offshore Dongying Formation low permeability oil reservoir in Shengli oilfield,deep penetration,under- balanced perforation and anti- circulation lost have been realized,suggesting good economic benefits and promotion value of the technique.
