奇经理论关于带下病的理法方药

Prescription on Leucorrhoea Disease According to the Eight Extra Channel Theory

带下异常为妇科常见病,笔者以叶天士医案为主要研究内容,结合古今有关医论及临床体悟,从带下病的病因病机、治法用药、叶天士治带下病方药总结及临床验案四方面展开论述,使带下病的理法方药有较为清晰的展现。在奇经理论中带下病责之于任脉、带脉为病,关系脾、肾、肝三脏。湿热下注者多为实证,精液不守者多为虚证。湿者燥之,虚者补之,陷者举之,纵者收之,热者清之,郁者疏之为常规治则。而叶天士医案中有关奇经虚损所致带下居多,最能体现奇经治法特色,带下皆属阴液下泄,故当重视。

leucorrhoea disease is one of the gynecological diseases.This paper mainly discusses the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,prescription about this disease based on the medical records of YE Tian- shi,a famous TCM doctor of Jin dynasty.In his opinion,leucorrhoea disease mainly due to the disfunction of REN and DAI channels,linked with spleen,kidney and liver disorder.Dampness-heat causes sthenic syndrome,consumption of essence causes deficiency syndrome.Drying,tonifying,lifting,astringing,heat- cleaning,regulating qi are the most common therapeutic methods.YE Tian- shi also reminds us most leucorrhoea diseases are caused by the deficiency of eight extra channels.we should pay more attention to this.
