Researching Han Mingxiang's Medical Experience Treatment Cough Through Data Mining Technology

目的:应用数据挖掘技术,研究韩明向教授治疗咳嗽病的临床用药规律。方法:通过应用数据挖掘手段,对韩明向教授门诊94例诊断为咳嗽的病例的证候分布及选方用药进行研究,统计上主要采用频数分布分析。结果:风寒袭肺证、痰湿蕴肺证和痰热郁肺证三种证候所占的人数居前三位;紫菀、款冬花、百部、苦杏仁、陈皮这五味药独自出现的频率和药物配对出现的频率都是最高的。结论:挖掘分析结果符合韩明向教授辨证论治咳嗽病的学术思想和临证经验。

Objective：Through the data mining technology,researching Professor Han Mingxiang how to use herbs to treat cough。Methods：Applying the data mining methods to research Professor Han Mingxiang 94 cases diagnosed of cough syndrome distribution and election herbs laws,the frequency distribution is main statistical analysis.Results：The number of cold attack the lungs,Phlegm retention in the lung and heat phlegm retention in the lung share the top three;Ziwan、Kuan donghuan、Baibu、Ku xingren and Chenpi which appear alone and frequency of herbs pairs are the highest。Conclusion：The results meet the academic thought and clinical experience of Han Mingxiang.
