Comparing the Determination of Gallic Acid in Diospyros Kaki Thunb.from Different Areas

目的：采用RP-HPLC测定不同产地柿蒂药材中没食子酸的含量。方法：采用色谱柱：Cosmosil C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0.5%磷酸水溶液（5∶95）作流动相,流速：1.0mL/min;检测波长：273nm;柱温：25℃。结果：不同产地柿蒂中没食子酸含量在0.0177-0.1000%。结论：该方法简便、快速、准确可靠,不同产地柿蒂中没食子酸含量有较大的差异,其中以吉安新兴药材行（130801）的含量最高。

Objective：To establish an RP- HPLC determination of Gallic acid in Diospyros kaki Thunb from different sources.Methods：Cosmosil C18（4.6mm × 250mm,5μm）,methanol-0.5 % phosphoric acid solution（5∶95） as the mobile phase;flow rate：1.0 mL /min;detection wavelength：273nm;column temperature：25 ℃.Results：The content of Gallic acid was in 0.0177 - 0.1000% of Diospyros kaki Thunb.from different areas.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid,accurate and Diospyros kaki Thunb.from different areas of Gallic acid has a bigger difference,with the highest content of Ji,an（130801）.
