磁性壳聚糖纳米微粒合成工艺的优化

摘要 目的:优化磁性壳聚糖纳米微粒的制备工艺。方法:用正交设计方法,考察乳液聚合法合成磁性壳聚糖纳米微粒的4个关键因素:壳聚糖与四氧化三铁的重量比、乳化剂用量、交联剂用量和乳液的水油比。用扫描电表征磁性壳聚糖纳米微粒。结果:磁性壳聚糖纳米微粒最佳工艺条件为:壳聚糖与四氧化三铁重量比为1∶1,乳化剂用量为0.6mL,交联剂用量为4mL,水相与油相体积比为20∶35。磁性壳聚糖纳米微粒平均直径为50nm左右。结论:该最优级工艺得率最高,纳米微粒均匀,已达到相对最优条件。 Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of magnetic chitosan nanoparticles.Methods:using the orthogonal design method,4 key factors of synthesis of magnetic chitosan nanoparticles were:water oil emulsion polymerization of chitosan and ferroferric oxide weight ratio,emulsifier,crosslinking agent and emulsion ratio.By scanning electrical characterization of magnetic chitosan nanoparticles.Results:the optimum conditions of magnetic chitosan nanoparticles:Chitosan and ferroferric oxide weight ratio of 1∶ 1,emulsifier dosage is 0.6mL,the amount of crosslinking agent 4mL,aqueous phase and oil phase volume ratio is 20∶ 35.Magnetic chitosan nanoparticles with an average diameter of about 50 nm.Conclusion:the optimal process was the highest,nano particles evenly,has achieved a relatively optimal conditions.
