基于合作博弈理论的快递员串件行为分析

Analysis of Unauthorized Territoy-subdivision by Behavior of Express Couriers Based on Cooperative Game Theory

通过问卷调查的方式总结归纳快递员串件的原因,并用合作博弈理论分析和解释快递员串件行为,建立了快递员间串件行为的合作博弈模型,并给出了一个算例。最后提出用快递企业间的合作博弈(共同配送)取代快递员私底下的合作博弈是消除快递员串件的根本性措施,但现实中快递企业间进行合作博弈也存在一系列的困难障碍。

In this paper, through a questionnaire survey, we summarized the causes of the unauthorized territoy-subdividing behaviors of express couriers, then used the cooperative game theory to analyze and explain them, and built the corresponding cooperative game model, for which a numerical example was given. At the end, we argued that replacing the under-the-table cooperative game of the couriers with the cooperative game between the express delivery enterprises （i.e., joint distribution） was a fundamental means to eliminate the unauthorized behaviors of the couriers.
