摘要
首先阐述了第三方物流企业开展物流金融的典型业务模式,对各个典型业务模式的风险进行分析总结,结合具体案例运用模糊综合评价法对物流金融业务模式进行风险分析,最后从法律政策、道德、操作监管、市场等方面针对第三方物流企业开展物流金融存在的风险提出防控措施与建议。
In this paper, we first summarized the typical modes of the logistics financing businesses developed by third party logistics enterprises, analyzed each one of them and then in connection with specific cases, used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the risks in the modes. At last, from the aspects of policy, ethics, supervision and market, we gave suggestions for the risks existing in the logistics financing businesses developed by such enterprises.
