基于物联网的食品物流安全追踪方法研究

Study on Food Logistics Security Tracking Based on IOT

针对食品在物流过程中的安全问题,提出应用物联网技术构建食品物流安全追踪系统。分析研究了食品安全追踪物联网的工作原理与组成部分,通过将物流终端反馈信息进行数据互联、信息过滤、目标跟踪等运算后,最终得到目标食品的位置信息、生产信息、安全信息等数据,为食品安全监控追踪系统提供有力的决策依据。通过仿真实验表明,基于物联网的食品物流安全追踪方法能准确定位目标位置,并能获取食品的各类安全信息,验证了该追踪方法的有效性和先进性。

In this paper, in the view of the safety issues in the food logistics process, we proposed to used the IOT technologies to build the food logistics safety tracking system, analyzed the working principles and components of the system and through a series of calculation, obtained the positional, production, and safety information concerning the target food products. At the end, through a simulation study, we proved the effectiveness and superiority of the tracking method.
