摘要
根据军队油料供应保障及管理特点、原则和国家油料运输流向,应用线性规划和多目标规划理论,研究了军队油料调运系统的调运优化模型和算法,并利用VFP、VC编制了相应软件。算例及试用证明,模型符合军队油料调运实际且优化程度高,既可用于油料调运计划的制订,使得准确、快速、经济、合理、动态地自动生成油料调运方案成为可能;也可通过该模型及软件仿真模拟各种油料调运数据,以达到油料储备布局的优化。
In this paper, in light of the characteristics and principles of the support and management of military POL materials and considering the overall direction of the flow of POL in China, we applied the linear programming and multi-objective programming theory to studying the optimal dispatching model and algorithm of the military POL transportation system and used VFP and VC to program the corresponding softwares. At last, using a numerical example and field test, we proved the accuracy and efficiency of the model and algorithm.
