高校基建项目规范化管理研究

Research on standardization management of college infrastructure project

结合高校基建项目管理的现有模式,对该模式的弊端进行了分析,从管理模式、管理制度、管理程序等方面出发,探索了高校基建项目规范化管理的新途径,以实现项目的规范化管理,形成资源配置的低成本与高效率。

Combining with the existing mode of college infrastructure project,this paper analyzed the drawbacks of the mode,from management model,management system,management procedure and other aspects,explored the new way of standardization management of college infrastruc-ture project,so as to achieve the project standardization management,formed the low cost and high-efficiency of resources.
