摘要 目的对2013年1-12月海军总医院常规监测的环孢素A、丙戊酸钠、地高辛和万古霉素4种药物血药浓度进行分析,探讨治疗药物监测在临床上的应用价值。方法应用荧光偏振免疫分析法测定上述4种药物的血药浓度,并对测定结果进行评析。结果共监测138例患者的血药浓度,其中丙戊酸钠浓度结果不在有效浓度范围内例数最多,占26.81%,在临床应用中也最容易出现中毒反应。结论血药浓度监测可以指导临床合理用药,避免或减少不良反应的发生。 Objective To analyze the detection results of the serum drug concentrations of the 4 routine drugs used in the hospital from January to December, 2009, and also to explore the clinical value of drug monitoring. Methods Serum drug concentrations of the 4 routine drugs ( cyclosporin A, sodium valproate, digoxin and vancomycin) were detected by fluorescence polarization immunoassay and the detected data were evaluated and analyzed. Results Detections of serum drug concentrations were made in a total of 138 patients, with the number of patients in the drug concentration of sodium valproate beyond effective range being the highest, accounting for 26.81%. Clinically, toxication reactions occurred most often in these cases. Conclusion The detection of serum drug concentrations could enable rational application of drugs clinically, thus avoiding and reducing avoidable adverse drug reactions.
