基于试验的钢结构整体抗火性能的有限元分析

摘要 根据试验及数值模拟得到的局部火灾下工字型钢梁沿截面的温度分布数据,以某角楼实际三维框架为研究对象,利用ABAQUS软件模拟火灾下钢框架结构在静力载荷和温度载荷共同作用下的整体力学特性。通过编写输入文件对工字型钢梁截面施加非线性温度载荷,探索了火灾下整体结构的薄弱环节,得出了受火区域不同时整体结构在局部火灾作用下的应力分布规律及变形特点,更加真实地模拟出了钢结构整体的抗火性能,为更加合理的进行整体结构的抗火提供参考。 According to the temperature data distributing along the cross section of the I-shape steel beam in local fire got from experiment and numerical simulation,the model of the three-dimension steel frame of the turret is built to simulate mechanical properties of the steel frame structure under fire in the static load and temperature load using ABAQUS.An input file is written to apply nonlinear temperature load in the steel beam cross section,the weak links of the whole structure and the rules of the stresses and the deflections under different fire zone are obtained.The analysis simulates fire resistance the whole steel structure more realistically and conclusions provide some references for the fire-resistant of the whole steel structure more reasonably.
