摘要
应用有限元分析方法,对某铝带2辊轧机机架装配系统进行了动态特性仿真,得出了固有频率和振型的变化规律,针对轧机机架的薄弱环节,通过参数化方法进行灵敏度分析和结构优化设计使系统的动态特性得到提高,该结论为高性能轧机的设计优化提供了一定的参考。
Using finite element analysis,the simulation of dynamic characteristics was performed on the housing assembly system of some 2 -hi aluminum mil ,thus obtaining the natural frequency and vibration mode;To address the vulnerability of the housing,sensitivity analysis and optimum structural design were implemented via parameterization,thereby improving the dynamic characteristics of the system.This conclusion provides reference for the design optimization of high -performance mil .
