摘要
在3.5wt.%NaCl溶液中测试了不同Zn、In含量的Al-Zn-In合金的电化学极化曲线及合金材料的硬度,同时观察了合金的电化学腐蚀形貌。结果表明:随着Zn含量的增加,由于Zn和In的配合作用,合金极化曲线正移,腐蚀电位升高,硬度升高;而随着In含量的增加,合金极化曲线负移,腐蚀电金降低,硬度升高;Al-5Zn-0.01In合金腐蚀电位相对较高,硬度适中,电化学腐蚀均匀,综合性能最佳。
The polarization curves of Al-Zn-In alloys with different Zn and In contents were tested in the 3.Swt. % NaCl solution. The hardness of alloys was investigated and the eletrochemical corrosion morphologies were aslo observed. The results show that the polarization curve moves to passive direction, the corrosion potential increases with the increasing of Zn content due to the interaction of Zn and In. On the contrary, the variation has reverse rule with the increasing of In content. The Al-5Zn-0.01In alloy has the relatively high corrosion potential, proper hardness and homogenious electrochemical corrosion, so that it has best comprehensive properties.
