“结构性拖延法”与“学习效能驱动”解决中学生学业拖延——中学生提高学习效率的策略 被引量:1

摘要 本文运用认知心理学理论,从自我效能感的角度出发,对拖延症和结构性拖延法的原理进行心理学分析,论述结构性拖延法的心理学机制,进而阐述运用结构性拖延法克服拖延症的有效性,并以此为依据提出中学生克服学业拖延、提高学习效率的一些有效策略.最后建议教师要注重学习和运用心理学知识帮助中学生认识、分析和解决学习中遇到的问题.
