对既有建筑可靠性鉴定程序的研究

Research on the Evaluation Procedure of Existing Buildings' Reliability

针对未按建设工程建设程序进行建造、需要改变其使用功能,或者结构功能减弱的既有建筑需要对其进行可靠性鉴定等问题,本文依据房屋检测鉴定的实践经验,从查阅核实资料、现场检测、结构计算、分析研究及加固改造等方面对既有建筑可靠性检测鉴定的方法作了研究,提出了一套科学、完整的对既有建筑可靠性检测鉴定的程序。

The existing buildings＇ reliability should be evaluated when the buildings are not constructed according to the engineering construction procedures,or the functions of use are changed,or the structure functions are weakened. Based on the writer＇s practical experience of building quality authentication,this paper makes a research on the reliability detection procedures of existing buildings from such aspects as verifying the information,on-site inspection,structure＇s calculation,analysis and reinforcement. Meanwhile,it comes up with a set of scientific and complete procedure of evaluating the reliability of existing buildings,which can provide reference for subsequent existing buildings＇ reliability authentication.
