摘要
对GB/T 4789.39-2008《食品卫生微生物学检验粪大肠菌群计数》和GB 4789.39-2013《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验粪大肠菌群计数》进行了比对,对标准中修改的中文名称、操作步骤和新增附录等进行了分析和比较,以便于食品生产企业和产品检测部门进一步了解新旧标准差异,并给出应对措施,对企业应对国际贸易技术壁垒和增强自身市场竞争力具有积极的作用。
The article compared the difference of GB/T 4789. 39-2008 Microbiological Examination of Food Hygiene Enumeration of Faecal Coliforms and GB 4789. 39-2013 National Food Safety Standard Microbiological Examination of Food Hygiene Enumeration of Faecal Coliforms, and focused on the difference of name of the standard, test procedures, new addenda and so on, in order to help enterprises and inspection departments to further understand the old and new standards, which had positive effect for the enterprises to deal with technical barriers to international trade and strengthen market competition.
