摘要
目的:研究分析食品对抗感染药物疗效的影响。方法:通过广泛收集相关食物影响抗感染药物疗效的资料,来分析食物对抗感染药物疗效影响的作用机制,并对这些受影响的抗感染药物进行整理。结果:对于一些特定的抗感染药物来说,某些食物会极大影响其被人体吸收的效果,并会改变药物的BA(生物利用度)以及t1/2、AUC、Tmax、和Cmax等相关的动力学参数,甚至还会引起病人的不良反应。通过对这类受影响的抗感染药物进行分析整理,以作为临床用药的参考;再通过合理用药,使药物的疗效可以得到充分的发挥,从而促进病人的早日康复。结论:在使用临床抗感染药物的时候,要注意用药时间、合理安排饮食时间、调整好饮食结构等,这样才能保证抗感染药物疗效的充分发挥,并有效减少病人服药之后出现不良反应的情况。
