激发高效人才的P-SMART教练模型研究——以M电器公司为例

摘要 人才是企业实施创新、变革以及创造卓越绩效的关键。基于人才的自驱动或内在潜力来提升效能的人才资源管理成为未来管理的主要方向。绩效教练能有效解放人才未被发现的能量蓝海,利益相关者可以起到持续督导的作用。结合二者的优势,借助案例分析,本文提出P-SMART教练模型,通过绩效教练技巧性地引领与激发,利益相关者全过程地跟进与反馈,协助人才挖掘潜能,排除干扰,激活人才以创造高绩效,实现人才与企业的共赢。 Talent is the key factor of innovation, transform, and creating high performance. The talent resources management based on self-drive or talent inherent potential has become the main direction of future management. Performance coaches can effectively liberate the undiscovered blue energy ocean of talent. Stakeholders can play a role in ongoing supervision. Combining the advantages of both, with case studies as well, this paper builds the P-SMART coach model which can inspire talent to produce high performance. In this model, performance coach can lead and inspire the talent. Stakeholders can follow up the whole process and feedback. Thus, they help the talent to tap the potential, eliminate interference and create high-performance. Finally, this model makes the talent and enterprise to achieve win-win.
