摘要 "一对一"教练辅导技术是中智公司经过多年实践开发的一项创新性领导力开发技术。该技术是以组织发展目标为核心,结合个人能力特征与发展意愿,制定个人发展目标,综合采纳教练对话、知识输入、任务实践、实践反思等多种培养方式,在"思"与"行"交互培养中实现被教练者管理思维转变与管理素质的提升。"一对一"教练辅导技术关注发现答案的过程,强调培养管理者解决问题的有效思维路径;注重思考与行动的有机结合,关注管理者知识、能力、思维的全面提升;培养过程以企业实践任务为重要载体,针对性地培养与企业实践相匹配的管理素质。 CIIC "One-to-One" Coach is a new method to develop leadership. According to individual's characteristics and organization'objective, "One-toOne" coach include diverse methods such as coaching conversation, knowledge input, task-practice, self-reflection and so on. The whole process combines "thought" and "act", which can improve the coaches' mindset and leadership. "One-to-One" Coach put an attention on the process which work for finding the answer, and it emphasize the effective thinking approach to tackling problems. Also, coach focuses on the combination with thought and act, as well as the comprehensive improvement of knowledge, competence and mindset. The whole coaching process based on the real company issues, offer the management learning content addressing to its practical problem.
