摘要
FF公司最近出现了"加班风潮",公司总裁N起初被员工的这种敬业精神所感动,但是后来却发现,员工虽然在争相加班,但公司业绩并没有提高多少。公司的管理制度存在问题导致了员工"出工不出力"的结果。很多员工为了多挣加班费,甚至在正常班内都不认真工作了。在薪酬发放方面,公司将组织成员分成了三种人,采取了三种薪酬制度,公司高层管理者实行年薪制,个人所得与管理业绩相关程度不高。本文指出公司需要出台"梯级奖励"这种管理方法,将上司与下属在工作动力以及个人所得方面互动起来,在相同考核等级的情况下,要体现"奖下属不奖上司,惩上司不惩下属"的思想,让FF公司的人力资源实现高水平整合。

Company needs to create management method named "cascade reward", the boss and subordinate can interact in terms of motivation, and personal income, under the condition of the same assessment level, to reflect " awarding subordinates not to award boss, punishing boss not to punish subordinates" thoughts, by which the FF company human resources can achieve high levels of integration.
