“肩三针”恢刺法配合牵张手法治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Hui Acupuncture at Three Shoulder Points Combined with Stretching Manipulation in Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的观察"肩三针"恢刺法配合牵张手法治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的70例门诊肩关节周围炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组采用肩三针(肩前、肩髃、肩髎)恢刺法并配合牵张手法,对照组采用常规针灸推拿治疗。两组均每日治疗1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗10次后比较两组的临床疗效及肩关节功能评分。结果治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在提高Neer量表的疼痛评分、功能评分、运动范围评分和总分方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。结论 "肩三针"恢刺法配合牵张手法治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效及对肩关节功能的改善作用优于常规针灸推拿疗法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hui acupuncture at three shoulder points combined with stretching manipulation in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods Seventy outpatients with periarthritis of shoulder who met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group （n= 35） and control group （n=35）. The treatment group received Hui acupuncture at three shoulder points （Jianqian point, Jianyu point, and Jianliao point） combined with stretching manipulation, while the control group received conventional acupuncture and massage. Each group received treatment once daily for 10 d. The two groups were compared in terms of treatment outcome and shoulder function score. Results The treatment group had a significantly better treatment outcome than the control group （P〈0.05）. In addition, the treatment group had significantly higher increases in the pain score, function score, range of motion score, and total score on the Neer scale than the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Compared with conventional acupuncture and massage, Hui acupuncture at three shoulder points combined with stretching manipulation has a better clinical effect and leads to a better improvement in shoulder joint function.
