摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定醉鱼草果实中木犀草素含量的方法。方法建采用Welch Ultimate AQ-C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-乙酸(60∶40∶2)系统,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为350nm,柱温为25℃。结果木犀草素进样量在0.0432~0.432 0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;加样回收率为98.15%;RSD=1.87%(n=6)。结论建所建立的高效液相色谱法简便、快速、灵敏度高,结果准确可靠、重现性好,可用于醉鱼草果实中木犀草素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of luteolin in the fruit of Buddleja lind- leyana Fort by reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Methods RP HPLC was car- ried out on a Welch Ultimate AQ-C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid (60:40:2) at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min, a detection wavelength of 350 nm, and a column temperature of 25℃ . Results The content of luteolin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area within the range of 0.043 2-0. 432 01Ag (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 98.15%, and the relative standarddevi ation was 1.87^(n=6). Conclusion This RP-HPLC method is simple, efficient, sensitive, accurate, reliable, and repeatable and can be used for the determination of luteolin in the fruit of Buddleja lindleyana Fort.
