摘要
长三角产业转型升级,不仅需要依托服务业与制造业的互动,更需要依托区域人才结构的调整和培养方式的变革。基于长三角区域一体化的需要,长三角高校专业必须实现协同发展。作为核心城市的上海,应面向现代服务业,重点培养国际高端金融、法律、管理、物流等人才;江苏省面向先进制造业和新兴产业,应着力培养电子信息业、装备制造业、新材料、新能源等人才;浙江省则应该在文化创意产业、互联网技术、新能源及生物技术等领域培养高端人才。
The industry transformation and upgrading in Yangtze River delta depends on not only the rater- action between service industry and manufactural industry, but also the adjustment of talent structure and the change of training mode. Based on the needs of regional integration of Yangtze River delta, the synergetic development of specialties in universities and colleges is badly needed. Shanghai, as the core city of Yangtze River delta, should mainly cultivate talents in the area of high-end finance, law, management and physical distribution. Based on the need of advanced manufactural industry and new- ly--developing industry, Jiangsu province should mainly cultivate talents in the area of electronic and information industry, equipment manufacturing industry, new material and energy. Zhejiang province should cultivate more top talents in the area of cultural creativity industry, internet technology, new energy and biotechnology.
