摘要
本文通过对J省普通高校与高中人才培养模式衔接现状调研得知:人才培养衔接在培养目标、课程、教学及学生管理等方面存在不同程度的断裂问题,在深度分析的基础上提出了主要对策,以期对本领域的研究提供参考。
From investigation on the current situation of the connection of talents training modes between colleges and high schools in J province, we conclude that different degrees of fracture problems exist in many aspects of talents training such as training targets, curriculum, the teaching and student man- agement, and analyze the reasons, then put forward the main countermeasures to provide a reference for research in this field.
