摘要
随着时代的发展和社会的变迁,社会对大学教师所扮演的社会角色的规定以及教师自身对职业角色的认同都在不断地发生变化。本文根据社会角色理论,分析了当代高职院校教师在职业活动中所扮演的多重角色:文化知识传授者,学生成长引导者,信息整合咨询者,职业技能训练者和应用研究实践者。在职业角色定位的基础上,进一步提出高职院校教师的职业素养应包含的五个核心要素及自我提升的基本路径。
The development of the times arld the change of the society result in the constant change of uni- versity teachers" roles in society as well as their own identity of occupation roles. According to the so- cial role theory, this paper analyses multiple roles of contemporary vocational school teachers in their occupation activities such as transmitters of cultural knowledge, guides of students~ growth, and con- sultants of information integration, trainers of occupation skills and practitioners of application re- search. On the basis of the occupation role positioning, we further propose that five core elements of teachers occupation accomplishment in higher vocational schools and the basic path of self promotion.
